KETERBUKAAN INFORMASI PENGUNDURAN DIRI ANGGOTA DIREKSI
PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF RESIGNATION MEMBER BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Merujuk pada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan
Atas Informasi atau Fakta Material Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik (“POJK 31/2015) serta dalam
rangka memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 9 huruf a Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik (“POJK
33/2014”), dengan ini Perseroan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi bahwa Perseroan telah
menerima surat permohonan pengunduran diri dari Bapak David Lius dari jabatannya selaku
Direktur Utama Perseroan pada tanggal 22 Januari 2024. Pengunduran diri tersebut akan berlaku
efektif sampai dengan adanya Perubahan Susunan Pengurus pada Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Perseroan pada tanggal 22 Februari 2024.
Refer to the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure
Information or Material Fact by Issuers or Public Company (“POJK 31/2015) and in order to fulfill
the provisions of Article 9 point a letter an of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
33/POJK.04/2014 regarding Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Company
(“POJK 33/2014”), hereby the Company conveys the disclosure of information that the Company
received a letter of resignation from Mr. David Lius from his position as the Company’s President
Director on January 22nd, 2024. The resignation will be effective until there are changes in
Management in the General Meeting of Shareholders in 22nd February 2024.
