pencapaian target Net zero emission Perusahaan.
 PT SMI menetapkan target untuk mencapai karbon netral dari kegiatan operasional pada tahun 2028. PT
 SMI telah menyusun Carbon Neutral Corporate Plan yang disusun dengan mengacu pada Publicly Available
 Specifications (PAS) 2060:2014.

 Sebagai bagian dari pelaksanaan program Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL), PT SMI telah
 memasang Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) di sejumlah fasilitas sosial yang tersebar di berbagai
 wilayah. Emisi GRK yang terhindarkan selama tahun 2025 dari operasional PLTS tersebut adalah 47,88 ton
 CO2. Selain PLTS, PT SMI membangun PLTM pada tahun 2025, yaitu PLTM untuk masyarakat Desa
 Segamit, Muara Enim, dengan kapasitas 50 kW yang direncanakan akan mulai beroperasi pada tahun 2026.

 Perseroan secara bertahap melaksanakan program restorasi lahan kritis seluas 30 hektare di wilayah Jawa
 Barat sebagai bagian TJSL. Kegiatan rehabilitasi dilakukan melalui pendekatan agroforestri dengan
 penanaman tanaman kopi dan berbagai jenis tanaman buah. Proses penyiapan bibit dan penanaman telah
 dimulai sejak tahun 2024 dan direncanakan berlangsung secara bertahap hingga tahun 2028. Melalui

  pelaksanaan program ini, Perseroan memproyeksikan pencapaian karbon netral mulai tahun 2027 dengan
  potensi serapan karbon sebesar 2.165,27 ton CO2e. Pada tahun 2028, potensi serapan karbon secara
  kumulatif diperkirakan mencapai 7.997,58 ton CO2e. Untuk program ini belum dilakukan perhitungan
  serapan karbon aktual karena penanaman baru selesai pada pertengahan tahun 2025. PSejak akhir 2024
  hingga 2025 telah dilakukan penanaman 9.000 pohon. Selain itu dilakukan penyulaman pada bulan
  November-Desember 2025 dengan jumlah total 5.400 pohon yang tersebar lokasi-lokasi pada tabel di atas.

Langkah-langkah yang sudah dilakukan dan penurunan emisi yang telah dicapai dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya.

Penjelasan:


PT SMI menetapkan target untuk mencapai karbon netral dari kegiatan operasional pada tahun 2028. PT SMI
telah menyusun Carbon Neutral Corporate Plan yang disusun dengan mengacu pada Publicly Available
Specifications (PAS) 2060:2014.

Sebagai bagian dari pelaksanaan program Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL), PT SMI telah
memasang Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) di sejumlah fasilitas sosial yang tersebar di berbagai
wilayah. Emisi GRK yang terhindarkan selama tahun 2025 dari operasional PLTS tersebut adalah 47,88 ton
CO2. Selain PLTS, PT SMI membangun PLTM pada tahun 2025, yaitu PLTM untuk masyarakat Desa Segamit,

 PT SMI menerapkan prinsip kesetaraan dan non-diskriminasi dalam seluruh aspek hubungan
 ketenagakerjaan, mulai dari proses rekrutmen, pengembangan kompetensi dan karier, pemberian
 remunerasi, hingga penempatan posisi atau jabatan. Perseroan berkomitmen memberikan kesempatan
 yang sama bagi seluruh karyawan tanpa memandang latar belakang, jenis kelamin, golongan, suku, ras,
 agama, atau faktor lainnya. Komitmen ini mencerminkan penerapan prinsip kesetaraan yang konsisten
 dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

 1. Rekrutmen dan Penempatan Jabatan
 PT SMI memberikan kesempatan yang setara kepada setiap individu untuk bekerja dan mengisi posisi atau
 jabatan sesuai dengan kapasitas dan kompetensi masing-masing. Hal ini termasuk pada jajaran top
 management, di mana PT SMI memastikan bahwa penempatan posisi tidak terpengaruh oleh diskriminasi
 berdasarkan latar belakang pribadi karyawan.

 2. Pedoman Pengarusutamaan Kesetaraan Gender dan Inklusi Sosial (KGIS)
 Untuk mengukuhkan prinsip kesetaraan tersebut, PT SMI telah meresmikan Pedoman Pengarusutamaan
 Kesetaraan Gender dan Inklusi Sosial (KGIS). Pedoman ini berfungsi sebagai acuan bagi seluruh kebijakan
 dan rencana kerja perusahaan dalam mengimplementasikan kesetaraan gender, sebagai
 bagian dari inisiatif strategis yang mendukung keberagaman dan inklusi di tempat kerja.

 Pekerja anak dan praktik kerja paksa merupakan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia yang harus dihapuskan.
 PT SMI mendukung sepenuhnya upaya penghapusan pekerja anak dan praktik kerja paksa di Indonesia.
 Komitmen ini sejalan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDG) yang dicanangkan oleh
 Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa, khususnya Tujuan 8: Pekerjaan yang Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi,
 yang bertujuan mengakhiri pekerja anak, kerja paksa, serta meningkatkan kondisi kerja yang aman, adil,
 dan produktif.
 Kebijakan usia minimal karyawan dan jam kerja di PT SMI:
 1. Usia Minimal Karyawan:
 PT SMI menetapkan usia minimal karyawan sesuai ketentuan Peraturan Perusahaan, yang mengacu pada
 Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 20 Tahun 1999 tentang Pengesahan ILO Convention No. 138
 mengenai Usia Minimum untuk Bekerja.
 2. Jam Kerja:
 PT SMI menetapkan jam kerja karyawan sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 77 Undang-Undang No. 13 Tahun
 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan, yakni 8 jam per hari dan 40 jam per minggu untuk lima hari kerja.
 3. Pengaturan Sistem Kerja Bergiliran (Shift Work):
 Di beberapa unit kerja, PT SMI menerapkan sistem kerja bergiliran (shift work) yang disesuaikan dengan
 kondisi operasional di lapangan. Setiap kelebihan waktu kerja dihitung sebagai lembur dan diberikan
 kompensasi sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.
 4. Kepatuhan terhadap Regulasi Ketenagakerjaan dan Konvensi ILO:
 Kebijakan PT SMI mengenai usia minimal karyawan dan jam kerja yang jelas merupakan implementasi

 regulasi internasional, termasuk Konvensi ILO No. 138 dan No. 182, yang bertujuan menghapuskan pekerja
 anak dan praktik kerja paksa.

Please provide a brief description and a link to documentation explaining the Company’s commitment in
achieving net zero emission target.
 PT SMI has set a target to achieve carbon neutrality from its operational activities by 2028. To support this
 target, PT SMI has developed a Carbon Neutral Corporate Plan referring to the Publicly Available
 Specification 2060 2014.

 As part of the implementation of its CSR program, PT SMI has installed Solar Power Plants across various
 social facilities in multiple regions. The GHG emissions avoided in 2025 from the operation of these PLTS
 amounted to 47.88 tons of CO2. In addition to solar power installations, PT SMI constructed a Micro Hydro
 Power Plant in 2025 for the community of Segamit Village, Muara Enim, with a capacity of 50 kW, which is
 planned to commence operations in 2026.

 The Company is also progressively implementing a land restoration program covering 30 hectares in West
 Java as part of its CSR. The rehabilitation is carried out using an agroforestry approach, involving the
 planting of coffee and various fruit crops. Seedling preparation and planting activities began in 2024 and are
 planned to continue in phases until 2028.Through this program, the Company projects achieving carbon

  neutrality starting in 2027, with a potential carbon sequestration of 2,165.27 tons of CO2e. By 2028, the
  cumulative carbon sequestration potential is estimated to reach 7,997.58 tons of CO2e. For this program,
  actual carbon sequestration has not yet been calculated. From late 2024 to 2025, a total of 9,000 trees have
  been planted. In addition, replanting activities were carried out during November - December 2025, with a
  total of 5,400 trees replanted across the locations.

Steps that have been taken and emission reductions that have been achieved compared to the previous year


In 2025, the Company purchased an additional 5 hybrid vehicles for the Board of Directors operations, bringing
the total number of hybrid vehicles owned by PT SMI to 19 units as of December 31, 2025. This initiative has had
a positive impact, reducing fuel consumption in 2025 compared to 2024 by 35.2%, equivalent to 889 liters per
month and reducing 36,08% of Scope 1 Emission compared to 2024. The Company has optimized the conduct
of certain meetings online to reduce the need for business travel and the use of land transportation, including
operational vehicles.

The Company has implemented electricity utilization
efficiency through the following policies:
1. Selecting compact and multifunctional electronic products, such as all-in-one PCs and laptops.
2. Using high-energy-efficiency lighting, specifically LED lamps.
3. Monitoring the integrated air conditioning system through the Intelligent Touch Manager system, which is
computerized and operated via a local area network.
4. Regularly reminding employees to turn off electrical devices when rooms are unoccupied and ensuring
continuous monitoring.
5. Maximizing natural lighting during daylight hours.
6. Utilizing sensor technology for lighting systems.

Based on the Technical Guidelines for the Hybrid Working Arrangement, effective January 1, 2024, PT SMI
implemented a hybrid work culture, where some employees work from the office while others work from
anywhere. PT SMI achieved an 8.8% improvement in electricity consumption efficiency, based on the year-on-
year comparison between 2024 and 2025.

Through its role as a financing institution, the Company indirectly contributes to energy efficiency and emission
reduction through funding and advisory support for sustainable projects, including Renewable Energy, mass
transportation, and low-carbon infrastructure.

    Child labor and forced labor are human rights violations that must be eradicated. PT SMI fully supports the
    elimination of child labor and forced labor practices in Indonesia. This commitment is in line with the
    Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations, particularly Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic
    Growth, which aims to end child labor, eradicate forced labor, and improve safe and productive working
    conditions. Minimum Employee Age Policy and Working Hours:
    1. Minimum Employee Age:
    PT SMI has set the minimum employee age in accordance with the Companys Regulations, which refer to
    Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 1999 concerning the Ratification of ILO Convention No. 138
    concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment.
    2. Working Hours:
    The working hours established by PT SMI also comply with Article 77 of Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning
    Manpower, which sets a maximum of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week for a 5-day workweek.
    3. Shift Work Arrangement: In certain work units, PT SMI applies a shift work system adapted to fieldwork
    conditions. When there are excess working hours, they are counted as overtime and compensated
    according to company policies.
    4. Compliance with Labor Regulations and ILO Conventions: PT SMIs policies regarding minimum employee
    age and clear working hours are also an implementation of several international regulations, such as ILO
