ANTAM Strengthens OHS Program to Achieve Zero Fatalityin 2024

Jakarta, January 19, 2024 — PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM: IDX: ANTM: ASX: ATM),
member of PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero) (MIND ID) - the State-Owned Enterprise
Holding of the Mining Industry, announced that the Company remains recorded positive
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) performance in 2023 by achieving zero fatalities. In
2024, the Company is also targeting achieving zero fatalities by implementing the
Company's commitment to OHS and Operational Safety principles. ANTAM also continues
to strive to improve the OHS culture in all operational areas to create safe, efficient, and
productive operational activities.

ANTAM's Director of Operations and Production, Hartono said:

“ANTAM realizes that OHS are key factors in maintaining the sustainability of the
Company's operations. The Company makes various efforts to manage OHS to create
asafe and healthy work environment for all ANTAM employees. This also implements
good mining practices and operational excellence in the Company. In line with the
implementation of National OHS Month 2024, the OHS work program in all
operational areas is in line with the target of achieving zero fatalities in 2024.”

ANTAM continues to improve safety culture by improving employee Human Capabilities by
establishing safety agents who already have Training of Trainer (TOT) certification from the
National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) in each operational area. Through the
TOT, is expected the safety agents to provide Basic Safety training to all workers, especially
contractors in the Company's operational areas.

ANTAM also developed the SUPERSAFE digital mobile safety application that aims to
increase safety awareness starting from following up on unsafe acts and conditions to
prevent higher incidents. Through this application, workers also fill out the Fit Declare soto
ensure that they are in good health before starting work. This effort is carried out as one of
the Company's efforts to carry out operational excellence and implement OHS in all ANTAM
operational areas.

During this year's OHS month, the Company will carry out various activities to
commemorate the month of OHS in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of
Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia number 244 of 2023 concerning Guidelines for the
Implementation of the National Occupational Health and Safety Month in 2024 and the
Circular of the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral
Resources concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of the Month National Mining
OHS 2024.
