-Para pihak : Perseroan sebagai debitur, dan Hibank sebagai
Kreditur.
-Tujuan Pinjaman/Penggunaan: sebagai modal kerja usaha
Perseroan untuk pekerjaan penarikan kabel fiber optic.
-Fasilitas Kredit : Pinjaman sebesar Rp5.000.000.000,- (lima
miliar rupiah).
-Suku Bunga: 10% per tahun, dibayar pada periode pinjaman
(bullet payment).
-Jangka Waktu : Maksimum 12 (dua belas) bulan sejak
tanggal pencairan pertama.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kondisi Keuangan: Tidak ada dampak material terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi keuangan Perseroan, kecuali adanya kewajiban
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pembayaran bunga (secara period/bulanan) dan pokok
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pinjaman kepada Bank.

Kelangsungan usaha:Transaksi tersebut akan mendukung
kelangsungan usaha dan keberlanjutan bisnis Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or -Bank Loan Agreement, PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk (the
Facts Company) with PT Bank Hibank Indonesia (Hibank) on August
18, 2026.
-Parties: The Company as debtor, and Hibank as creditor.
-Purpose of Loan/Use: as working capital for the Company
fiber-optic cable installation projects.
-Credit Facility: A loan in the amount of Rp5,000,000,000 (five
billion rupiah).
-Interest Rate: 10% per year, paid during the loan term (bullet
payment).
-Term Period: A maximum of 12 (twelve) months from the date
of the first disbursement.
Impact of event, material information or Financial Condition:There is no material impact on the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company financial position, except for the obligation to pay
Company’s operational activities, legal, interest (on a periodic/monthly basis) and the principal of the
financial condition, or going concern loan to the Bank.
Business continuity:The transaction will support the Company
business continuity and sustainability
