rupiah).

" Suku Bunga: 1096 per tahun, dibayar pada periode pinjaman (bullet
payment).

Jangka Waktu: Maksimum 12 (dua belas) bulan sejak tanggal pencairan
pertama.

Materialitas:

Transaksi Pinjaman sebesar Rp5.000.000.000,- (lima miliar rupiah) atau
sebesar 4,196 (empat koma satu persen) dari ekuitas Perseroan sehingga
transaksi tersebut digolongkan bukan Transaksi Material sebagaimana
diatur dalam sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 3 POJK 17/2020. Dan
merujuk pada Pasal 11 POJK 17/2020 transaksi tersebut tidak wajib
menggunakan penilai dan tidak wajib memperoleh persetujuan RUPS

secara langsung dari bank, perusahaan modal ventura, perusahaan
pembiayaan, atau perusahaan pembiayaan infrastruktur baik dari dalam

- With reference to credit application form No.20.02/OL/SCF-MK/VII/2026
dated July 20, 2026, regarding the Company's reguest for a loan facility
from Hibank.

- On August 18, 2026, The Company signed a loan facility agreement with
Hibank for an SCF (Supply Chain Financing) Term Loan.

- Purpose of Loan/Use: as working capital for the Company's fiber-optic
cable installation projects.

" Parties: The Company as debtor, and Hibank as creditor.
" Credit Facility: A loan in the amount of Rp5,000,000,000 (five billion
rupiah).

» Interest Rate: 1055 per year, paid during the loan term (bullet
payment).

" Term Period: A maximum of 12 (twelve) months from the date of the
first disbursement.

" Materiality:

» The Loan Transaction amounts Rp5,000,000,000 (five billion rupiah)
or 4.196 (four point one percent) of the Company's eguity, therefore,
the transaction is not classified as a Material Transaction as defined
in Article 3 of POJK 17/2020. Furthermore, pursuant to Article 11 of
POJK 17/2020, the transaction is not reguired to use an appraiser and
does not reguire approval from the General Meeting of Shareholders
because the transaction is a loan received directly from a bank, a
venture capital firm, a financing company, or an infrastructure
financing company, whether domestic or foreign.

Financial Condition:

There is no material impact on the Company's financial position, except for
the obligation to pay interest (on a periodic/monthly basis) and the
