1. Isekitar 53,096 akan digunakan oleh Perseroan untuk pembayaran lebih awal untuk seluruh pokok utang yang timbul berdasarkan Perjanjian Fasilitas Berjangka US$300.000.000, yang akan dibayarkan kepada MDKA dan ING
Bank N.V., cabang Singapura (“ING Bank”), masing-masing sebesar US$225.000.000 dan US$75.000.000, melalui ING Bank sebagai Agen. MDKA merupakan Afiliasi Perseroan sedangkan ING Bank bukan merupakan Afiliasi
Perseroan.
(Approximately 53.04 by the Company for early repayment of the outstanding principal Indebtedness under the US$300,000,000 Facility Agreement, which will be paid to MDKA and ING, amounting to US$225,000,000 and
IUS$75,000,000, respectively, through ING as Agent. MDKA is an affiliate of the Company and ING is not an affiliate of the Company.
