FPT IS and Metrodata commit to leveraging their maximum resources and expertise to effectively
invest in and support the possibility of forming a joint venture in the near future. The goal is to become
the leading provider of digital transformation solutions in Indonesia, meeting international standards,
within the next five years.

Addressing the event, Mr. Susanto Djaja, President Director of Metrodata, expressed, "Today marks
an important milestone as PT Metrodata Electronics enters into a strategic partnership with FPT IS. In
this collaboration, we will jointly focus on promoting AI-based applications to boost productivity and
expedite progress toward achieving the 'Vision Indonesia 2045' goal. This strategic action aligns with
our commitment to making technology the growth engine and a beacon for Indonesia's sustainable
digital economy development."

Susanto added, "We can clearly see that Indonesia's digital economy presents numerous opportunities
and prospects, with projections reaching USD 1.5 trillion, accounting for 14% of GDP. Notably, Cloud
infrastructure and AI-related opportunities are expected to double every five years. Indonesia's digital
competitiveness has improved drastically over the years, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic,
providing an opportunity for technology enterprises such as FPT IS and Metrodata to contribute to
accelerating economic recovery."

Mr. Tran Dang Hoa, Chairman of FPT IS, emphasized that the collaboration would serve as a crucial
foundation for both entities to leverage their internal potential, develop technology products and
services, achieve "world-class" status, and create significant growth advantages for businesses.

Further emphasizing FPT IS's 30 years of experience in supporting the development of Vietnamese
and regional economies, Mr. Hoa highlighted the alignment with the significant changes in the Made
by FPT IS technology ecosystem, based on core technologies: AI, Data, Cloud, Blockchain, etc. This
collaboration with Metrodata aims to bring competitive products to the international market.




Within the framework of the event, leaders from FPT and Metrodata participated in a high-level
dialogue during the state visit of Indonesian President Joko Widodo to Vietnam from January 11-13,
