ini kami sampaikan Laporan Hasil Realisasi Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum PT

Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk untuk periode yang berakhir tanggal 31 Desember 2023.

In order to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
30/POJK.04/2015 concerning Realization Report on the Use of Proceeds from a Public Offering,
herewith we submit a Realization Report on the Use of Proceeds from a Public Offering of PT
Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk for the period ending December 31", 2023.

Seluruh dana hasil penawaran umum jenis efek saham sudah terpakai seluruhnya seperti
tercantum dalam lampiran. Untuk dana hasil penebusan waran belum digunakan oleh Perseroan,

dengan rincian seperti tercantum dalam lampiran.

All funds from public offering of share securities have been fully used as stated in the attachment.
The funds from the redemption of warrants have not been used by the Company, as stated in the

attachment,
