   Jawaban:
   Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material
   yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana
   diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan
   Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik, yang belum atau tidak
   disampaikan ke publik dan/atau Bursa.
   Namun demikian, sebagaimana telah disampaikan oleh Pemegang Saham Pengendali Perseroan
   yaitu EP ID Holdings Pte. Ltd. kepada OJK melalui surat Perihal Laporan Kepemilikan atau
   Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka tanggal 28 Desember 2023 dan oleh
   Perseroan kepada BEI melalui surat No. 058/CS/CTI-BEI/XII/2023 Perihal Pemberitahuan
   Laporan Kepemilikan atau Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan Pemenuhan
   Ketentuan Free Float tanggal 28 Desember 2023 yang pada intinya memberitahukan transaksi
   penjualan saham yang dilakukan oleh EP ID Holdings Pte Ltd, yang mengakibatkan jumlah saham
   free float Perseroan saat ini telah naik menjadi 7,707% dari sebelumnya 3,707%. Penjualan saham
   yang dimaksud tidak mencapai nilai 5% dari seluruh saham Perseroan dan tidak menyebabkan
   perubahan pengendalian Perseroan dan oleh karenanya tidak bersifat material.

   As of the date of this letter, the Company is not aware of any information or material facts that may
   affect the value of the company's stock or the investment decisions of investors as regulated by
   Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 Regarding the Disclosure of
   Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, which has not been disclosed to the
   public and/or IDX.
   However, as conveyed by the Company's Controlling Shareholder, EP ID Holdings Pte. Ltd., to the
   OJK in the letter Regarding Ownership Report or Change of Ownership of Public Company Shares
   dated December 28, 2023, and by the Company to the IDX in the letter No. 058/CS/CTI-
   BEI/XII/2023 Regarding Notification of Ownership Report or Change of Ownership of Public
   Company Shares and Fulfillment of Free Float Requirements dated December 28, 2023, it has
   been notified the sale of shares by EP ID Holdings Pte Ltd, resulting in the current free float
   percentage of the Company increasing to 7.707% from the previous 3.707%. The sale of shares
   in question did not exceed 5% of the total shares of the Company and did not result in a change
   in the control of the Company, and therefore, it is not considered material.


2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi
   nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan
   Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1. dan IV.2.1. Lampiran
   Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021.

   of the company's stock or the investment decisions of investors as regulated by Regulation No. I-

   Selain hal-hal sebagaimana telah disampaikan oleh Perseroan kepada BEI melalui surat No.
   058/CS/CTI-BEI/XII/2023 Perihal Pemberitahuan Laporan Kepemilikan atau Perubahan
   Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan Pemenuhan Ketentuan Free Float tanggal. 28
   Desember 2023 yang pada intinya menerangkan telah terjadi transaksi penjualan saham yang
   dilakukan oleh Pemegang Saham Pengendali Perseroan yaitu EP ID Holdings Pte Ltd, yang
   mengakibatkan jumlah saham free float Perseroan saat ini telah naik menjadi 7,707% dari

   sebelumnya 3,707%, selanjutnya tidak ada hal-hal lain yang kami ketahui dapat yang dapat
   mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur
   dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1. dan
   IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021.
   Perubahan ini juga telah tercermin dalam laporan registrasi pemegang saham Perseoran yang
   disampaikan kepada bursa dan diinfokan kepada publik melalui Laporan Bulanan Registrasi
   Perseroan yang telah dilaporkan pada tanggal 10 Januari 2024.

   In addition to the information provided by the Company to the IDX in the letter No. 058/CS/CTI-
   BEI/XII/2023 Regarding Notification of Ownership Report or Change of Ownership of Public
   Company Shares and Fulfillment of Free Float Requirements dated December 28, 2023, which
   essentially explains that there was a sale of shares by the Controlling Shareholder of the Company,
   EP ID Holdings Pte Ltd, resulting in the current free float percentage of the Company increasing
   to 7.707% from the previous 3.707%, there are no other matters known to us that could affect the
   value of the company's stock or the investment decisions of investors as regulated by Regulation
   No. I-E: Obligation to Submit Information provisions in points III.2.1. and IV.2.1. Attachment to the
   Decision of the Board of Directors of PT Indonesia Stock Exchange Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021.
   This change has also been reflected in the Company's shareholder registration report submitted
   to the IDX and informed to the public through the Company's Monthly Registration Report, which
   was reported on January 10, 2024.

   Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik.

   Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, tidak ada informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material
   dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum
   diungkapkan kepada publik.

   Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam
   Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau
   Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka sebagaimana telah disampaikan oleh
   Pemegang Saham Pengendali Perseroan yaitu EP ID Holdings Pte. Ltd. kepada OJK melalui surat
   Perihal Laporan Kepemilikan atau Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka tanggal
   28 Desember 2023 dan oleh Perseroan kepada BEI melalui surat No. 058/CS/CTI-BEI/XII/2023
   Perihal Pemberitahuan Laporan Kepemilikan atau Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan

    Terbuka dan Pemenuhan Ketentuan Free Float tanggal 28 Desember 2023 yang pada intinya
    menerangkan telah terjadi transaksi penjualan saham yang dilakukan oleh EP ID Holdings Pte Ltd,
    yang mengakibatkan jumlah saham free float Perseroan saat ini telah naik menjadi 7,707% dari
    sebelumnya 3,707%.

    The Company is aware of activities by specific shareholders as regulated by Financial Services
    Authority Regulation No. 11/POJK.04/2017 Regarding the Submission of Reports on Ownership
    or Any Changes in Ownership of Public Company Shares, as conveyed by the Controlling
    Shareholder of the Company, EP ID Holdings Pte. Ltd., to the OJK in the letter Regarding
    Ownership Report or Change of Ownership of Public Company Shares dated December 28, 2023,
    and by the Company to the IDX in the letter No. 058/CS/CTI-BEI/XII/2023 Regarding Notification
    of Ownership Report or Change of Ownership of Public Company Shares and Fulfillment of Free
    Float Requirements dated December 28, 2023, which essentially explains that there was a sale of
    shares by EP ID Holdings Pte Ltd, resulting in the current free float percentage of the Company
    increasing to 7.707% from the previous 3.707%.


5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
   termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
   (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?
    Does the Company have plans to take corporate actions in the near future, including corporate
    plans that will affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least within the
    next 3 months)?

    Jawaban:
    Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan
    korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap
    pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa.

    future, including corporate plans that will affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock
    Exchange.
