has any action occurred or been take that could result in the bankrupcty of any of the Seller.

6. None of the Seller are in default under ar in violataion or breach of any law, rule, regulation,
Contraci or agreement by which their respective assets is bound.

7. The Seller have obtained all necessary licenses, permits and approval, spouse consent or
otherwise, and made all filings, notifications and reports, if reguired under Indonesian and/or
British Virgin Islands law to sell of his shares in the Company pursuant to the Agreement and
to enter into, deliver and perform the Agreement and the other agreemenis contemplated in
the Agreement which constitute legal, valid and binding obligatios, enforceable againts the
Seller in accordance with their respective terms. :

8 Seller does not have any claim againts the Company and fully release and discharge the
Company and all its directors, commisioners, officers, employees, agents and
representatives from and againts any and all responsibilities, liabilities, costs, expenses,
claims (both civil and criminal) and/or demands of any kind or nature whatsoever at may
