Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa pada tanggal 8 Januari
2024 telah dibuat dan ditandatangani Akta Jual Beli Saham
Nomor 26 oleh dan antara Perseroan dengan PT Deli Pratama
Batubara yang dibuat dihadapan Notaris Christina Dwi Utami
SH, MHum, Mkn, dimana Perseroan telah membeli dari PT
Deli Pratama Batubara sebanyak 14.991.000 (empat belas
juta sembilan ratus sembilan puluh satu ribu) saham, dengan
nilai nominal masing-masing saham sebesar Rp10.000,00
(sepuluh ribu rupiah) dalam PT Bhakti Harapan Sejahtera
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak khusus atas penyampaian keterbukaan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan informasi ini, mengingat penyampaian keterbukaan informasi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, ini merupakan kelanjutan dari Perubahan Dan/Atau Tambahan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Atas Keterbukaan Informasi yang dilakukan pada tanggal 4
Perusahaan Publik Januari 2024 dan merupakan pemenuhan kewajiban
keterbukaan informasi berdasarkan POJK 31/2015.

Facts and Purchase of Shares Number 26 was drawn up and signed
by and between the Company and PT Deli Pratama Batubara
which was made before Notary Christina Dwi Utami SH,
MHum, Mkn, where the Company has purchased from PT Deli
Pratama Batubara amounting to 14,991,000 (fourteen million
nine hundred and ninety one thousand) shares, with a nominal
value of each share of Rp. 10,000.00 (ten thousand rupiah) in
PT Bhakti Harapan Sejahtera.
