Utami SH, MHum, Mkn, dimana Perseroan
telah membeli dari PT Deli Pratama
Batubara sebanyak 14.991.000 (empat
belas juta sembilan ratus sembilan puluh
satu ribu) saham, dengan nilai nominal
masing-masing saham sebesar
Rp10.000,00 (sepuluh ribu rupiah) dalam
PT Bhakti Harapan Sejahtera. / We hereby
inform you that on January 8 2024 a Deed
of Sale and Purchase of Shares Number
26 was drawn up and signed by and
between the Company and PT Deli
Pratama Batubara which was made before
Notary Christina Dwi Utami SH, MHum,
Mkn, where the Company has purchased
from PT Deli Pratama Batubara amounting
to 14,991,000 (fourteen million nine
hundred and ninety one thousand) shares,
with a nominal value of each share of Rp.
10,000.00 (ten thousand rupiah) in
PT Bhakti Harapan Sejahtera.
