barang bergerak maupun barang tidak bergerak, baik yang telah ada maupun yang akan ada di kemudian hari sesuai
dengan ketentuan dalam Pasal 1131 dan Pasal 1132 Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata Indonesia. Hak
Pemegang Obligasi adalah paripassu tanpa preferen dengan hak-hak kreditur Perseroan lainnya, baik yang ada
sekarang maupun di kemudian hari, kecuali hak-hak kreditur Perseroan yang dijaminsecara khusus dengan kekayaan
Perseroan, baik yang telah ada, maupun yang akan ada di kemudian hari sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku.

Keterangan Mengenai Pembelian Kembali
Perseroan dapat melakukan pembelian kembali obligasi yang belum jatuh tempo, baik sebagian atau seluruhnya,
ditujukan sebagai pelunasan atau disimpan untuk kemudian dijual kembali dengan harga pasar. Pembelian kembali
dapat dilakukan 1 (satu) tahun setelah tanggal penjatahan.

Description of Collateral and Guarantees
This bond is not guaranteed by a special guarantee, but is guaranteed by all of the Company's assets, both
movableand immovable property, both existing and those that will exist in the future as collateral for the Bondholders in
accordance with the provisions in Articles 1131 and 1132 of the Civil Code. The rights of the Bondholders are
paripassu without preferential rights with other existing and future creditor rights of the Company, except for the rightsof
the Company's creditors which are specifically guaranteed by the Company's existing and future assets in accordance
with laws and regulations.

Information on Buyback
The Company may buy back the Bonds with the provision that the Bonds purchased are intended as redemption or
kept for later resale at market prices. Buy back can only be done 1 (one) year after the date of the allotment.
