 ANTAM Receives Green PROPER , Strengthens Commitment to
         Sustainable Environmental Management

Jakarta, April 9, 2026 – PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk has remains reaffirmed its commitment to
sustainable environmental management by receiving the Green PROPER Award from the Ministry
of Environment. This award was received by five ANTAM          business units, namely Gold Mining
Business Unit, West Kalimantan Bauxite Mining Business Unit, Precious Metals Processing and
Refinery Business Unit, Kolaka Nickel Mining Business Unit, and the subsidiary PT Indonesia Chemical
Alumina (ICA).

The Green PROPER achievement serves as recognition of ANTAM’s efforts in implementing
environmental and social management that goes beyond compliance, as well as its consistency in
applying sustainability principles across all operational lines of the Company.

ANTAM’s Director of Operations and Production, Hartono, stated that this award serves as an
incentive for the Company to continue improving its environmental and social performance in a
sustainable manner.

“This Green PROPER achievement reflects ANTAM’s commitment to conducting operational
activities that are not only focused on business performance but also on environmental
protection and community empowerment. We continue to ensure that all business proces          ses
are carried out in accordance with the        good mining practices    principles and applicable
sustainability standards,” said Hartono.

ANTAM consistently implements various environmental initiatives, including responsible waste
management, energy efficiency, greenhouse gas emission reduction, and reclamation and
revegetation programs in its operational areas. In addition, the Company also            develops
environment -based community empowerment programs that provide added value to the
surrounding communities.

The Green PROPER Award expected to strengthen ANTAM’s role as a responsible mining company
that actively contributes to supporting sustainable development in Indonesia.

Moving forward, ANTAM will continue to improve its environmental and social performance as part
of the Company’s long -term strategy, in line with its commitment to creating sustainable value for
all stakeholders.
