Perseroan memiliki komitmen untuk secara bertahap menurunkan emisi gas rumah kaca sebagai bagian
dari dukungan terhadap agenda global penanganan perubahan iklim dan pencapaian target Net Zero
Emission. Komitmen ini diwujudkan melalui penerapan berbagai inisiatif keberlanjutan, antara lain
peningkatan efisiensi energi, optimalisasi penggunaan energi terbarukan berbasis biomassa, serta
penguatan penerapan prinsip No Deforestation, No Peat, and No Exploitation (NDPE) dalam rantai pasok.
Saat ini, Perseroan masih dalam tahap pengembangan strategi dan roadmap dekarbonisasi yang
komprehensif, sehingga target waktu pencapaian Net Zero Emission belum ditetapkan secara spesifik.
Perseroan akan terus mengevaluasi dan memperkuat kebijakan serta langkah strategis guna mendukung
pencapaian target tersebut secara bertahap dan berkelanjutan

Langkah-langkah yang sudah dilakukan dan penurunan emisi yang telah dicapai dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya.
Penjelasan:
Perseroan memiliki komitmen untuk secara bertahap menurunkan emisi gas rumah kaca sebagai bagian dari
dukungan terhadap agenda global penanganan perubahan iklim dan pencapaian target Net Zero Emission.
Komitmen ini diwujudkan melalui penerapan berbagai inisiatif keberlanjutan, antara lain peningkatan efisiensi
energi, optimalisasi penggunaan energi terbarukan berbasis biomassa, serta penguatan penerapan prinsip No
Deforestation, No Peat, and No Exploitation (NDPE) dalam rantai pasok.
Saat ini, Perseroan masih dalam tahap pengembangan strategi dan roadmap dekarbonisasi yang komprehensif,

Perseroan secara konsisten melaksanakan berbagai program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
sebagai bentuk komitmen terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Program
CSR yang dijalankan mencakup bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat, serta
dukungan terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur di sekitar wilayah operasional.
Pada tahun 2025, Perseroan menunjukkan komitmennya dalam mendukung pengembangan komunitas
lokal melalui berbagai program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Total dana yang dialokasikan untuk
pelaksanaan program CSR mencapai Rp1.592.150.000 atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 68,51%
dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yang tercatat sebesar Rp944.845.669. Sepanjang tahun tersebut,
Perseroan berhasil merealisasikan sebanyak 79 kegiatan CSR, yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan
dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya sebanyak 63 kegiatan

The Company is committed to progressively reducing greenhouse gas emissions as part of its support for
the global agenda on climate change mitigation and the achievement of Net Zero Emissions targets. This
commitment is realized through the implementation of various sustainability initiatives, including improving
energy efficiency, optimizing the use of biomass-based renewable energy, and strengthening the application
of the No Deforestation, No Peat, and No Exploitation (NDPE) principles across the supply chain.
Currently, the Company is still in the process of developing a comprehensive decarbonization strategy and
roadmap; therefore, a specific timeline for achieving Net Zero Emissions has not yet been established. The
Company will continue to evaluate and enhance its policies and strategic measures to support the gradual
and sustainable achievement of these targets.

To manage sustainability risks and control emissions, the Company has implemented various strategic steps,
including:
1. Increasing energy efficiency in operational activities and utilizing alternative energy in the form of biomass
from palm kernel shells.
2. Implementing a GHG emission inventory covering Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 in accordance with the ISO
14064 standard and the GHG Protocol.
3. Strengthening liquid and solid waste management in accordance with applicable environmental regulations to
minimize pollution impacts.
4. Implementing the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System as a framework for systematic and
sustainable environmental management.
5. Implementing a regular environmental monitoring program to ensure regulatory compliance and support
improved sustainability performance.
