pengangkatan Bapak Yasushi Itagaki sebagai
Komisaris Utama Perseroan yang efektif pada
tanggal 1 Januari 2024.
Pengangkatan Bapak Yasushi Itagaki juga telah
disetujui pada Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Tahunan tanggal 31 Maret 2023.

Indonesia Tbk, we hereby convey that OIK has
approved the appointment of Mr. Yasushi ltagaki
as President Commissioner of the Company
effective 1 January 2024.
The appointment of Mr. Yasushi ltagaki was also
approved at the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders on 31 March 2023.
