Type of Information or Material Fact: The Completion of acguisition on PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia (PTOS) by the Company, which is a continuation of the Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement dated June 3, 2026, between the Company and OCBC Ltd. 3. Description of Information or Material Fact: «On August 12, 2026: - The Company and OCBC Ltd. signed Deed of Sale and Purchase and Acguisition of Shares in PTOS No. 23 (the Acguisition Deed): and The Company, with PT OCBC NISP Ventura dan PT Farnella Mandiri Utama, respectively, signed Sale and Purchase of Shares No. 24 and No. 25 (the Sale and Purchase Deeds), all of which were executed before Bara Indra Ardiyasha, S.H., based on the Decree of the Regional Supervisory Council of Notaries for the Administrative City of South Jakarta dated 22 April 2026, replacing Ashoya Ratam, S.H., M.Kn., a Notary Public in Jakarta, to finalize the acguisition of PTOS. This transaction is confirmed by the evidence of change, which has been received and recorded in the Corporate Affairs Administration System of the 2 10-12 : PUK 2008

S)ocBc AH.01.09-0389995 perihal Penerimaan Pemberitahuan Perubahan Data PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia efektif pada tanggal 13 Agustus 2026. # Total nilai transaksi pengambilalihan PTOS tersebut sebesar Rp455,201 miliar. « Pengambilalihan atas PTOS oleh Perseroan dilakukan dalam rangka pembentukan Konglomerasi Keuangan OCBC Grup di Indonesia, di mana Perseroan berperan sebagai Perusahaan Induk Konglomerasi Keuangan (PIKK) dan PTOS sebagai anggota Konglomerasi Keuangan. 4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan: Informasi atau Fakta Material yang diungkapkan tidak memiliki dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Setelah penyelesaian pengambilalihan, Perseroan secara langsung memiliki 99,9999Yc saham PTOS, dan oleh karenanya PTOS menjadi anak perusahaan terkendali Perseoran. 5. Impact of the Incident, information, or material fact on the operational activities, legal aspects, financial conditions, or the continuity of business of the Company: The disclosed material information or facts do not have a material impact on the Company's operational activities and business continuity. After completing the acguisition, the Company directly owns 99.999996 of PTOS's shares, thus making PTOS a subsidiary under the Company's control. 5. Other Information: None.
