In order to comply with the provisions of Financial Services Authority Regulation Number
17/POJK.04/2020 on Material Transaction and Alteration of Business Activities (“POJK
No. 17/2020”), PT Aneka Tambang Tbk ("Company"), hereby submits information disclosure to
Financial Services Authority on Material Transaction conducted by the Company.
The Company submits information disclosure regarding the share sale and purchase transaction in
the Company's subsidiaries, namely in (i) PT Sumberdaya Arindo between the Company and
HongKong CBL Limited (“HKCBL”): and (ii) PT Feni Haltim between the Company, PT International
Capital, and HKCBL. Additionally, ANTAM and HKCBL have also signed a joint venture agreement
related to the plan to establish a company for the hydrometallurgical projects. These transactions
are part of a series of Material Transactions based on the POJK No. 17/2020.
