KAP Hendrik & Rekan memiliki keahlian dan berpengalaman dalam melakukan audit sebagaimana dilihat dari sertifikasi
pengalaman AP yang bersangkutan dan atas portfolio KAP Hendrik & Rekan dalam mengaudit perusahaan terbuka
lainnya.
Pemberian jasa audit yang dilakukan oleh AP dan KAP Hendrik & Rekan sudah dilaksanakan secara independen dan
kompeten sesuai dengan standar audit yang berlaku.

Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Hendrik &.Rekan with Public Accountant (Signing
Partner), namely: Mr. Ang An Ki To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending on 31 December
2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
KAP Hendrik & Rekan has expertise and experience in conducting audits as seen from the certificate of experience of
the AP concerned and on KAP Hendrik & Partners' portfolio in auditing other public companies.
The audit services carried out by AP and KAP Hendrik & Rekan has been carried out independently and competently in
accordance with applicable audit standards.
