Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material Adanya kejadian yang akan menyebabkan bertambahnya
kewajiban keuangan atau menurunnya pendapatan Emiten
atau Perusahaan Publik secara material
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Terdapat Transaksi yaitu Perseroan memperoleh Fasilitas
Kredit Investasi maksimal sebesar Rp.240.000.000.000,- (dua
ratus empat puluh miliar Rupiah) dari PT Bank Mandiri
(Persero) Tbk.
Transaksi ini disebut sebagai transaksi material dikarenakan
nilai jaminan yang diberikan Perseroan atas transaksi ini
menyebabkan total nilai jaminan menjadi lebih besar dari 50%
(lima puluh persen) nilai ekuitas Perseroan berdasarkan
Laporan Keuangan Audit per 31 Juli 2023, yaitu sebesar
95,3% (
sembilan puluh lima koma tiga persen).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta 1) Pemberian Fasilitas Kredit Investasi oleh Bank untuk
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan memperbaiki posisi keuangan dan menyehatkan cash flow dari
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan;
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau 2) Tidak ada dampak material dari kejadian, informasi,
Perusahaan Publik atau fakta material terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan,
kecuali adanya kewajiban pembayaran bunga dan pokok
pinjaman secara periodik.
3) Tidak ada dampak material dari kejadian, informasi,
atau fakta material tersebut terhadap hukum dan
kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

The transaction mentioned is material transaction due to value
of collateral provided by Company for the transaction exceed
50% (fifty percent) of Company book value of equity as per
Audited Financial Statement dated 31 July 2023, which is
95.3% (ninety five point three percent)
Impact of event, material information or 1) Provision of Investment Credit Facility by the Bank to
