PENJELASAN ATAS PEMBERITAAN DI MEDIA MASSA

Klarifikasi atas Kebenaran Berita Tersebut
1. Kebenaran Informasi pada Media massa
Penjelasan :

Dapat disampaikan bahwa benar pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2026, Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi
(KPK) telah melakukan penahanan terhadap empat tersangka dalam perkara dugaan korupsi
terkait pengadaan barang dan jasa berupa penempatan iklan bank bjb periode 2021-2023. Dari
empat tersangka tersebut, terdapat inisial WH yang menjabat sebagai Pemimpin Divisi Corporate
Secretary bank bjb periode 2020-2024.

2. Latar Belakang Kasus
Penjelasan :
Latar belakang kasus berkaitan dengan proses pengadaan barang dan jasa untuk penempatan
iklan bank bjb periode 2021-2023 yang diduga tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan dan mekanisme

pengadaan yang berlaku. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pengadaan tersebut dilakukan melalui agensi
pihak ketiga dan diduga terjadi mark-up dalam proses pengadaannya.

3. Legal Standing Perseroan

Penjelasan:

Bahwa berkaitan dengan proses hukum yang sedang berjalan, bank bjb senantiasa menjunjung
tinggi proses hukum dan menyerahkan proses pembuktian sepenuhnya kepada mekanisme
hukum yang berlaku. Perseroan juga berkomitmen untuk bersikap kooperatif serta memberikan
informasi dan data yang diperlukan kepada aparat penegak hukum sesuai dengan kewenangan
dan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.

4. Perkembangan Kasus Saat Ini

Penjelasan:

Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2026 telah melakukan penahanan
terhadap saudara WH selama 20 hari ke depan. Adapun proses pemeriksaan lebih lanjut masih
menunggu dari KPK.

5. Nilai dan Materialitas Kasus Ini dalam Perseroan

Penjelasan :
Nilai terkait perkara tersebut belum dapat ditentukan secara definitif, mengingat proses
pemeriksaan masih berlangsung dan belum terdapat penetapan final mengenai nilai kerugian
maupun dampak finansialnya. Perseroan menilai bahwa perkara tersebut tidak memiliki dampak
material terhadap kondisi keuangan dan operasional Perseroan.

6. Sehubungan dengan pemberitaan media massa bahwa adanya pihak Perseroan yang
ditangkap oleh KPK dan juga direksi yang dinyatakan sebagai tersangka, apa dampaknya
terhadap:

a. Citra Perseroan
Sampai dengan tanggal 12 Agustus 2026 terdapat pemberitaan negatif sebanyak 345.

b. Operasional
Pemberitaan tersebut tidak berdampak terhadap operasional Perseroan.

c. Hukum
Pemberitaan tersebut tidak menimbulkan konsekuensi hukum bagi Perseroan.

d. Kondisi Keuangan
Pemberitaan tersebut tidak berdampak terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan.

e. Kelangsungan Usaha Perseroan
Pemberitaan tersebut tidak berdampak terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Perseroan
memastikan bahwa kelangsungan usaha Perseroan tetap berjalan normal dengan tetap
mengedepankan prinsip tata Kelola yang baik dan telah mengambil langkah-langkah untuk
memastikan bahwa kelangsungan usaha Perseroan tetap stabil dan tidak terganggu.
7. Upaya hukum yang Perseroan dan Direksi lakukan :
Penjelasan :
Perseroan dan Direksi senantiasa berkomitmen untuk bersikap kooperatif, menghormati dan
