Indonesia (RANS) sebagai salah satu pemegang saham PT Rans Prestisius
Klub Sepak Bola (RANS FC). Dalam Nota Kesepemahaman (MoU) tersebut,
Perseroan dan RANS sepakat bahwa dikemudian hari, Perseroan dapat
melakukan investasi baik dalam bentuk penyetoran modal ataupun jual beli
saham pada RANS FC (Rencana Investasi), dimana detil atas Rencana
Investasi tersebut, masih akan dinegosiasikan lebih lanjut antara para pihak
yang kesepakatannya akan ditindaklanjuti melalui penandatanganan perjanjian
definitif.
Dengan ini kami untuk dan atas nama perusahaan menyampaikan Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material sebagai
berikut:

Desember 2023, telah dilakukan penandatanganan Nota
Kesepemahaman (MoU) antara PT Akbar Indo Makmur
Stimec Tbk (Perseroan) dengan PT RANS Entertainmen
Indonesia (RANS) sebagai salah satu pemegang saham PT
Rans Prestisius Klub Sepak Bola (RANS FC). Dalam Nota
Kesepemahaman (MoU) tersebut, Perseroan dan RANS
sepakat bahwa dikemudian hari, Perseroan dapat melakukan
investasi baik dalam bentuk penyetoran modal ataupun jual
beli saham pada RANS FC (Rencana Investasi), dimana detil
atas Rencana Investasi tersebut, masih akan dinegosiasikan
lebih lanjut antara para pihak yang kesepakatannya akan
ditindaklanjuti melalui penandatanganan perjanjian definitif.

Subject Information or other Material Facts. That on December 22th, 2023, a
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between PT Akbar
Indo Makmur Stimec Tbk (the Company) and PT RANS Entertainment
Indonesia (RANS) as one of the shareholders of PT Rans Prestisius Klub
Sepak Bola (RANS FC). In the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the
Company and RANS agreed that in the future, the Company can invest either
addition of paid up capital or buy and sell shares in RANS FC (Investment
Plan), where the details of the Investment Plan, will still be negotiated further
between the parties who The agreement will be followed up through the
signing of a definitive agreement.
