That on December 22th, 2023, a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) has been signed between
PT Akbar Indo Makmur Stimec Tbk (the
"Company") and PT RANS Entertainment
Indonesia ("RANS") as one of the shareholders
of PT Rans Prestisius Klub Sepak Bola

("RANS FC"). In the Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU), the Company and RANS
agreed that in the future, the Company can invest
either addition of paid up capital or buy and sell
shares in RANS FC (" Investment Plan"), where
the details of the Investment Plan, will still be
negotiated further between the parties who

signing of a definitive agreement.

Neither the Company nor RANS FC nor RANS
has any Affiliate relationship.
Transaction Value:
That the transaction value of the Investment Plan
as referred to in the MoU has not been
determined.
4. The impact of such events, The signing of this Memorandum of
information or material facts on Understanding (MoU) does not have a negative
the operational, legal, financial impact on business activities, the Company's
condition or business financial condition. However, it is expected to
continuity of the Company increase the Company's revenue in the future if
the Investment Plan is implemented.
