Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Melalui anak usaha asosiasi PT Kusuma Putra Alam (KPA),
PANI investasikan dana sebesar Rp 50 miliar di Ibu Kota
Negara (IKN) dengan porsi kepemilikan yaitu sebesar 11,12%.
Tujuan dilakukannya investasi ini yaitu untuk ekspansi bisnis
yang ujungnya memberikan nilai lebih kepada stakeholder
PANI, khusus-nya pemegang saham di masa mendatang.
Komitmen telah dituangkan dalam bentuk setoran modal total
sebesar Rp 50 miliar ke KPA. Sebagai prioritas utama, saat ini
KPA sedang membangun Hotel Nusantara tahap pertama
dengan total 100 kamar yang ditargetkan beroperasi 7 bulan
mendatang.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,

Description of Material Information or Through its associate subsidiary PT Kusuma Putra Alam
Facts (KPA), PANI invested IDR 50 billion in Ibu Kota Negara (IKN)
with an ownership portion of 11.12%. The purpose of this
investment is business expansion in order to provide more
value to stakeholders, especially shareholders in the future.
The commitment has been outlined in the form of a paid in
capital in total of IDR 50 in KPA. As the main priority, KPA is
currently constructing the first phase of Nusantara Hotel with a
total of 100 rooms which is targeted to operate within next 7
months.
