dan telah diterima dan dicatat di Dirjen AHU Kemenkumkam
berdasarkan Surat Penerimaan Pemberitahuan Perubahan
Anggaran Dasar TKS dengan No. AHU-AH.01.03-0160346
tanggal 21 Desember 2023, dimana tambahan modal disetor
dan ditempatkan TKS seluruhnya diambil oleh Perseroan.

has granted approval from the Directorate General of General
Legal Administration, MOLHR based on Decree No. AHU-
0080375.AH.01.02.Tahun 2023 dated 21December 2023 and
has been received and recorded at the Directorate General of
General Legal Administration, MOLHR based on the Letter of
Acceptance of Notification of Changes to the TKS Articles of
Association with No. AHU-AH.01.03-0160346 dated 21
December 2023, which whereby all the additional issued and
paid-up capital was subscribed by the Company.
