Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sebagaimana telah diuraikan dalam Prospektus yang
diterbitkan Perseroan dalam rangka Penawaran Umum
Perdana pada tanggal 2 November 2022, bersama ini kami
melaporkan bahwa terjadi Perubahan Pemegang Saham
Mayoritas Perseroan yang sebelumnya PT Citra Borneo Indah
(CBI) menjadi PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS), hal
ini disebabkan karena adanya penyelesaian utang CBI kepada
SSMS menjadi kepemilikan saham pada Perseroan
(Transaksi).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perubahan pemegang saham mayoritas Perseroan dari CBI
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kepada SSMS tidak memiliki dampak pada kondisi keuangan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Setelah
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pelaksanaan Transaksi, laporan Keuangan Perseroan akan
Perusahaan Publik dikonsolidasi ke dalam Laporan Keuangan SSMS.

Changes in Majority Shareholders of PT Citra Borneo Utama

Description of Material Information or As explained in the Prospectus published by the Company in
Facts the context of the Initial Public Offering on 2 November 2022,
we hereby report that there has been a change in the majority
shareholder of the Company from previously PT Citra Borneo
Indah (CBI) to PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS), this
was due to the settlement of CBI's debt to SSMS into share
ownership in the Company (Transaction).
Impact of event, material information or The change in the Company's majority shareholder from CBI
facts towards Issuers or Public to SSMS has no impact on the Company's financial condition
Company’s operational activities, legal, and the continuity of the Company's business. After execution
financial condition, or going concern of the Transaction, the Company's Financial Report will be
consolidated into the SSMS Financial Report.
