Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral telah Material mengeluarkan Surat Nomor T-935/MG.04/MEM.M/2023 Description of Material tanggal 11 Desember 2023 perihal Penetapan Alokasi, Information or Facts Pemanfaatan, dan Harga Gas Bumi dari Wilayah Kerja Koridor kepada PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (“Surat Penetapan Alokasi”). Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) has issued Letter No.T-935/MG.04/MEM.M/2023 dated 11 December 2023 regarding Determination of Gas Allocation, Utilization, and Natural Gas Price from Corridor Working Area to PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (“MEMR Approval") 2. Perseroan dan Medco E&P Grissik Ltd (“MEPG”) telah menandatangani Perjanjian Jual Beli Gas untuk penyaluran gas ke wilayah Jawa Bagian Barat, Sumatera Selatan, Sumatera Tengah dan Kepulauan Riau pada tanggal 19 Desember 2023 (“PJBG”) berdasarkan Surat Penetapan Alokasi, dimana MEPG bertindak selaku Penjual dan Perseroan selaku Pembeli. The Company and Medco E&P Grissik Ltd (“(MEPG”) have entered into Gas Sales And Purchase Agreement for gas delivery to Western Java, South Sumatera, Central Sumatera and Riau Islands dated 19 December 2023 (“GSPA”) based on MEMR Approval, in which MEPG acts as the Seller and the Company as the Buyer. 3.
