Monitoring and Governance Committee of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan
Gedung Tbk (“the Company”)
Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to the Letter of the President Director of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk No.
ST.02.01/A.DIR.00052/2026, and amending the Board of Commissioners Decree of the Company No.
SK.02.01/A.KOM.00003.WEGE/2026 dated July 22, 2026 concerning the Establishment of the
Integrated Risk Monitoring and Governance Organ of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk, we
hereby submit information regarding changes to the Company’s Integrated Risk Monitoring and
Governance Committee, effective as of August 12, 2026, in accordance with the Board of
Commissioners Decree of the Company No. SK.02.01/A.KOM.00007.WEGE/2026 dated August 12,
2026 concerning the Change of the Integrated Risk Monitoring and Governance Organ of PT Wijaya
Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk. In essence, the revised composition of the Integrated Risk Monitoring
and Governance Committee of the Company is as follows:
1. Mr. Bambang Riswanda: Chairman of the Integrated Risk Monitoring and Governance Committee,
with a term of office co-terminus with his tenure as President Commissioner;
2. Mr. Joseph Prajogo: Member of the Integrated Risk Monitoring and Governance Committee, with a
term of office co-terminus with his tenure as Independent Commissioner;
3. Mr. Muchammad Abdurrochman: Member of the Integrated Risk Monitoring and Governance
Committee, with a term of office of 3 (three) years, extendable once for a 2 (two)-year tenure.
