0079627.AH.01.02.Tahun2023 tanggal 19 Desember 2023
dan telah diterima dan dicatat di Dirjen AHU Kemenkumkam
berdasarkan Surat Penerimaan Pemberitahuan Perubahan
Anggaran Dasar KMS dengan No. AHU-AH.01.03-0158743
tanggal 19 Desember 2023, dimana tambahan modal disetor
dan ditempatkan KMS seluruhnya diambil oleh Perseroan.

Facts made before Deni Thanur, Notary in South Jakarta, which has
granted approval from the Directorate General of General
Legal Administration of MOLHR based on Decree No. AHU-
0079627.AH.01.02. Year 2023 dated 19 December 2023 and
has been received and recorded at the Directorate General of
General Legal Administration of MOLHR based on the Letter
of Acceptance of Notification of Changes to the KMS Articles
of Association with No. AHU-AH.01.03-0158743 dated 19
December 2023, whereby all the additional issued and paid-
up capital was subscribed by the Company.
