Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan belum bisa melunasi Pokok Obligasi I Kapuas
Prima Coal Tahun 2018 dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap Seri E
sebesar Rp 23.000.000.000,- akan tetapi Perseroan tetap
membayar Bunga Obligasi ke-20 yang akan jatuh tempo pada
tanggal 21 Desember 2023.
Penyetoran bunga obligasi ke-20 telah dilaksanakan pada hari
ini tanggal 20 Desember 2023 ke rekening PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek Indonesia
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Saat ini kondisi cashflow Perseroan sedang tidak baik
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan sehingga Perseroan memutuskan untuk tidak melunasi Pokok
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Obligasi demi mempertahankan kelangsungan operasional
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan. Perseroan akan tetap berusaha untuk mencari
Perusahaan Publik solusi atas pelunasan Pokok Obligasi tersebut.

Description of Material Information or The Company has not been able to pay off the Principal Bond I
Facts Kapuas Prima Coal 2018 with Fixed Interest Rate Series E
amounting to IDR 23,000,000,000,- however the Company
continues to pay the Interest on the 20th Bond which will
mature on December 21, 2023.
The payment of the 20th bond interest has been carried out
today, December 20 2023, to the account of PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek Indonesia
Impact of event, material information or Currently the Company's cash flow condition is not good so the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company has decided not to pay off the Bond Principal in
Company’s operational activities, legal, order to maintain the continuity of the Company's operations.
