terhadap laporan keuangan perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
KAP telah memiliki kualifikasi dalam melakukan audit umum atas laporan keuangan konsolidasian PT. Alam Sutera
Realty Tbk. dan Entitas Anak (Grup) terutama yang berhubungan dengan industri Grup dan telah memiliki pengalaman
yang cukup dalam industri Grup.

Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Paul Hadiwinata, Hidajat, Arsono, Retno, Palilingan &
Rekan with Public Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Zainuddin, CPA To conduct an audit of the company's
financial statements ending on 31 December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
KAP has the qualifications to conduct a general audits of consolidated financial statements of PT. Alam Sutera Realty
Tbk. and Subsidiaries (Group) mainly related to the Group's industry and have sufficient experience in the Group's
industry.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
