Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 15 Desember 2023, PT Sriwijaya Resources
melakukan setoran dana kepada PT Intitirta Primasakti untuk
peningkatan modal dengan nilai transaksi sebesar Rp
136.000.000.000,- (seratus tiga puluh enam miliar rupiah).
Transaksi tersebut telah dicatatkan di dalam akta No. 16
tanggal 15 Desember 2023 yang dibuat dihadapan Notaris
Yoke Reinata SH, M.Kn yang berkedudukan di Jakarta.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Atas transaksi yang dilakukan antara PT Intitirta Primasakti
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dengan PT Sriwijaya Resources mengakibatkan terdilusinya
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, saham yang dimiliki PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk.
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Persentase kepemilikan saham yang semula sebesar 67,10%
Perusahaan Publik berubah menjadi 35,42%. Dengan demikian, saat ini PT Duta
Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk tidak lagi menjadi pemegang saham
mayoritas pada PT Intitirta Primasakti dan sudah tidak
terkonsolidasi.

number 16 dated December 15, 2023 and drawn up before

Impact of event, material information or Based on the transaction between PT Intitirta Primasakti and
facts towards Issuers or Public PT Sriwijaya Resources has been cause the shares dilution
