Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Penurunan volume produksi dalam Rencana Kerja dan
Anggaran Biaya (RKAB) pada entitas anak Perseroan yang
ditentukan oleh kebijakan Kementerian Energi dan Sumber
Daya Mineral (ESDM).
Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa entitas anak Perseroan, PT
Insani Baraperkasa, selaku pemegang Perjanjian Karya
Pengusahaan Pertambangan Batubara (PKP2B), telah
mengajukan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Biaya (RKAB)
Tahun 2026 kepada instansi yang berwenang.
Dalam pengajuan tersebut, PT Insani Baraperkasa
mengusulkan target produksi sebesar 4.000.000 (empat juta)
metrik ton (MT).
Berdasarkan persetujuan yang diterima pada tanggal 06 April
2026, volume produksi yang disetujui adalah sebesar
2.248.398 (dua juta dua ratus empat puluh delapan ribu tiga
ratus sembilan puluh delapan) MT, lebih rendah dibandingkan
dengan volume yang diajukan dalam RKAB.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sebagai entitas anak yang laporan keuangannya
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dikonsolidasikan dalam laporan keuangan Perseroan,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, penurunan volume produksi yang ditentukan sesuai kebijakan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Kementerian ESDM tersebut akan mempengaruhi kinerja
Perusahaan Publik operasional dan pendapatan Perseroan.
Dengan asumsi harga jual rata-rata batubara pada saat
laporan keterbukaan informasi ini disusun, perbedaan volume
produksi tersebut secara indikatif dapat berdampak pada
penurunan potensi pendapatan Perseroan cukup signifikan di
atas 20% (dua puluh persen) dibandingkan dengan proyeksi
produksi sebesar 4.000.000 (empat juta) MT.
Namun demikian, Perseroan akan melakukan berbagai
langkah strategis dan efisiensi operasional untuk memitigasi
dampak tersebut terhadap kinerja Perseroan.

Occurrence of events which cause an increase in financial
Type of Material Information or Facts liabilities or decrease in issuer�s or public company�s
revenues
Description of Material Information or Reduction in production volume under the Work Plan and
Facts Budget (RKAB) at the Companys subsidiary in accordance
with the policy of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources
(ESDM).
The Company hereby informs that its subsidiary, PT Insani
Baraperkasa, as the holder of a Coal Contract of Work
(PKP2B), has submitted its Work Plan and Budget (RKAB) for
the year 2026 to the relevant authority.
Under the RKAB submission, PT Insani Baraperkasa proposed
a production target of 4.000.000 (four million) metric tons (MT).
Based on the approval received on 06 April 2026, the
approved production volume is 2,248,398 (two million two
hundred forty-eight thousand three hundred ninety-eight) MT,
which is lower than the proposed volume under the RKAB.
Impact of event, material information or As a subsidiary whose financial statements are consolidated
facts towards Issuers or Public into the Companys financial statements, the the reduction in
Company’s operational activities, legal, production volume determined in accordance with the policy of
financial condition, or going concern the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) may
affect the Companys operational performance and revenue.
Assuming the current average coal selling price at the time this
disclosure of information is prepared, such difference in
production volume may result in an indicative decrease of
more than 20% (twenty percent) in the Companys projected
revenue compared to the projection based on a production
volume of 4.000.000 (four million) MT.
Nevertheless, the Company will implement various strategic
measures and operational efficiency initiatives to mitigate the
impact on the Companys performance.

The Company remains committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations and to maintaining
transparency in providing information to its shareholders and the public. Should there be any additional or amended
information in the future, it will be disclosed in the subsequent information disclosure. Please find attached the
