Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta - PT PGN Tbk dan PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk -
SURGE (WIFI.JK) secara resmi menandatangani Nota
Kesepahaman terkait Kerjasama Pengembangan Jaringan
Pipa Gas dan Penyediaan Layanan ICT untuk Sektor Rumah
Tangga dan Komersial. Penandatanganan ini dilakukan oleh
Direktur Strategi dan Pengembangan Bisnis PGN Rosa
Permata Sari dan Presiden Direktur SURGE Yune
Marketatmo.
Kerjasama ini akan menargetkan 2,4 juta rumah tangga di
Pulau Jawa melalui penyediaan infrastruktur internet bagi
PGN, dimana PGN akan memberikan layanan bundling
jaringan gas dan internet dengan harga yang terjangkau ke
rumah tangga. Dengan kerjasama ini diharapkan akan
mempercepat penetrasi serta distribusi jaringan gas beserta
internet yang lebih merata.
Pada tahun 2023 telah terdapat 835 ribu sambungan jaringan
gas rumah tangga dan Pemerintah telah menetapkan target
pengembangan jaringan gas rumah tangga pada tahun 2024
sebanyak 2,4 juta sambungan. Salah satu upaya yang
dilakukan ialah melibatkan Surge dalam memberikan daya
tarik untuk percepatan pengembangan jaringan gas rumah
tangga yang memberikan nilai tambah kepada rumah tangga
melalui layanan internet yang terjangkau.
Kerja sama ini menjadi bagian dari solusi PGN yang
terjangkau dan modern dalam memanfaatkan gas bumi
sebagai energi sehari-hari. Gas bumi atau Gaskita yang
disalurkan ke rumah-rumah pelanggan yang tersedia 24 jam
akan dilengkapi dengan layanan tambahan internet yang
bermanfaat bagi pelanggan. ungkap Direktur Strategi dan
Pengembangan Bisnis PGN, Rosa Permata Sari, 18/12/23.
Paket bundling jargas dan internet juga diharapkan dapat
meningkatkan pangsa pasar gas bumi, khususnya rumah
tangga. Melalui jargas, PGN ingin gas bumi sebagai energi
bersih dimanfaatkan oleh rumah tangga lebih luas lagi.
Penambahan paket internet, diharapkan semakin
meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk beralih menggunakan
gas bumi, ujar Rosa.
Kami sangat menyambut baik kolaborasi antara PGN dan
SURGE, dimana kami menyediakan infrastruktur ICT bagi
PGN dalam mengembangkan layanan bundling antara
layanan gas dan internet yang terjangkau bagi seluruh lapisan
masyarakat. Kami terus mendukung upaya-upaya yang
dilakukan Pemerintah dalam percepatan penyediaan jaringan
gas rumah tangga yang menjangkau 2,4 juta rumah tangga
dan juga memberikan nilai tambah yang tinggi melalui
peningkatan konektivitas yang handal dan terjangkau yang
akan berkontribusi pada peningkatan ekonomi digital
Indonesia, ujar Presiden Direktur SURGE, Yune Marketatmo,

Kerja sama PGN dan SURGE akan bernilai penting untuk
mendukung pemerintah dalam mendorong pemanfaatan gas
bumi melalui jargas di dalam negeri. Manfaat program jargas
dapat membantu mengurangi impor LPG sebesar 83,5 juta Kg
per tahun dan menghemat biaya subsidi energi pemerintah
sebesar Rp 474 Miliar per tahun dengan perhitungan per
jumlah pelanggan jargas eksisting. Manfaat pengurangan
impor LPG dan biaya subsidi energi akan semakin besar
seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah sambungan rumah
tangga.

Facts SURGE (WIFI.JK) officially signed a Memorandum of
Understanding related to the Cooperation of Gas Pipeline
Network Development and ICT Service Provision for
Household and Commercial Sectors. The signing was carried
out by PGN Director of Strategy and Business Development
Rosa Permata Sari and SURGE President Director Yune
Marketatmo.
This collaboration will target 2.4 million households in Java
through the provision of internet infrastructure for PGN, where
PGN will provide gas and internet network bundling services at
affordable prices to households. This cooperation is expected
to accelerate the penetration and distribution of gas networks
and internet more evenly.
In 2023, there were 835 thousand household gas network
connections, and the Government has set a target of 2.4
million household gas network connections by 2024. One of
the efforts made is to involve Surge in providing traction to
accelerate the development of household gas networks that
provide added value to households through affordable internet
services.
"This cooperation is part of PGN's affordable and modern
solution in utilizing natural gas as daily energy. Natural gas or
Gaskita, which is distributed to customers' homes and
available 24 hours, will be equipped with additional internet
services that are beneficial for customers," said PGN's Director
of Strategy and Business Development, Rosa Permata Sari,
18/12/23.
The Jargas and internet bundling package is also expected to
increase the market share of natural gas, especially for
households. Through Jargas, PGN wants natural gas as clean
energy to be utilized by households more widely. "The addition
of the internet package is expected to further increase people's
interest in switching to using natural gas," said Rosa.
"We very much welcome the collaboration between PGN and
SURGE, where we provide ICT infrastructure for PGN to
develop bundling services between gas and internet services
that are affordable for all levels of society. We continue to
support the efforts made by the Government in accelerating
the provision of household gas networks that reach 2.4 million
households and also provide high added value through
increased reliable and affordable connectivity that will
contribute to the improvement of Indonesia's digital economy,"
said SURGE President Director, Yune Marketatmo, 18/12/23.
The cooperation between PGN and SURGE will be important
to support the government in encouraging the utilization of
natural gas through Jargas in the country. The benefits of the
Jargas program can help reduce LPG imports by 83.5 million
Kg per year and save government energy subsidy costs of Rp
474 Billion per year with calculations per number of existing
Jargas customers. The benefits of reducing LPG imports and
energy subsidy costs will be greater as the number of
household connections increases.
