direalisasi sesuai Sirkuler Keputusan Para Pemegang Saham
PT.SKM, tanggal 18 menyatakan persetujuan PT.SA, entitas
anak terkendali Perseroan menjadi pemegang saham PT.SKM
melalui penyetoran modal (terlampir).
