Tanggapan :

Saat ini Perseroan melalui entitas anak PT
Andalan Group Power (“AGP”) sedang
dalam proses merampungkan akuisisi
pembangkit listrik berkapasitas 3x18MW
berlokasi di Kalimantan Timur, namun
sampai dengan saat ini proses tersebut
ditahap negosiasi final, sehingga Perseroan
belum melakukan keterbukaan informasi atas
informasi — tersebut. — Perseroan — akan
menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi sesuai
dengan dalam I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1. dan
IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT
Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-
2021 apabila akuisisi telah dirampungkan.

Response :

Currently, the Company through its
subsidiary PT Andalan Group Power
("AGP"), is currently in the process of
finalizing the acguisition of a 3x1I8MW power
plant located in East Kalimantan. However,
as of now, the process is in the final
negotiation stage, and the Company has not
disclosed information on this matter. The
Company will disclose information in
accordance with the provisions of I-E:
Obligation to Disclose Information, as
stipulated in points INI.2.1. and IV.2.1. of the
Attachment to the Decision of the Board of
Directors of PT Indonesia Stock Exchange
No.  Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021, once the
acguisition has been completed.

korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap
pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa.
