                            ANNOUNCEMENT
                 TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY
In accordance with the provisions in Article 12 paragraph (2) of the Articles of Association of PT Bank KB
Bukopin Tbk ("the Company") and Article 14 paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Service Authority Regulation
No. 15/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Plan and Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders of
Public Companies ("POJK 15/2020") and Article 3 and Article 8 paragraph (1) letter a of the Service
Authority Regulation Keuangan No. 16/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Implementation of Electronic
General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Companies ("POJK 16/2020"), the Company's Shareholders
are hereby notified that the Company plans to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
("EGMS" ) on Wednesday, January 24th, 2023, in Jakarta.

Based on the provisions of Article 12 paragraph (5) letter a, b, and c of the Company 's Articles of
Association and Article 16 POJK 15/2020, 1 (one) or more holderswho together represent 1/20 (one
twentieth) or more of the total shares with voting rights issued by the Company, Shareholders may propose
the agenda of the EGMS in writing to the Board of Directors no later than 7 (seven) days before the
summons of the EGMS, namely on Tuesday, December 26th, 2023 by including the reasons and materials
for the proposed agenda of the EGMS as referred to as long as it is in accordance with applicable laws and
regulations.

Based on Article 17 paragraph (1) and Article 52 paragraph (1) POJK 15/2020, the Company will make a
Summons to the Company's Shareholders on the day Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024 and The EGMS call
will be announced on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, namely: www.idx.co.id, eASY.KSEI via
https://easy.ksei.co.id/ and the Company's website www.kbbukopin.com

The Company's Shareholders who are entitled to attend or be represented at the EGMS are the Company's
Shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company's Register of Shareholders and/or shareholders
in the balance of the securities sub account at PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia ("KSEI") on Friday,
December 29th, 2023 until the close of trading of the Company's shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Based on Article 3 and Article 8 POJK 16/2020, the EGMS will be held physically and electronically (hybrid),
the Company appeals to the Shareholders of the Company to grant Power of Attorney through the
Electronic General Meeting System facility provided by KSEI (eASY.KSEI), in the link
https://easy.ksei.co.id/ provided by KSEI as a mechanism for granting electronic Power of Attorney (e-
proxy) in the process of organizing the EGMS. In the event that the Shareholders will grant power of
attorney outside the eASY.KSEI mechanism or alternative conventional power of attorney that can be
downloaded through the Company's website www.kbbukopin.com and can be sent to the Company's
Securities Administration Bureau, namely PT Datindo Entrycom which is located at Jl. Hayam Wuruk No.
28 Jakarta 10120

Thus this announcement is conveyed, so that it is known and paid attention to by the Company's
Shareholders.
