dengan peningkatan jumlah kepemilikan saham Perseroan di
dalam entitas anak usaha.
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sebagaimana diungkapkan di dalam Prospektus Penawaran
Umum Perdana Saham BREN tanggal 3 Oktober 2023
khususnya pada Bab Penggunaan Dana, seluruh dana hasil
penawaran umum perdana saham setelah dikurangi dengan
biaya-biaya emisi, seluruhnya akan digunakan oleh Perseroan
sebagai penyetoran modal pada Star Energy Group Holdings
Pte. Ltd ("SEGHPL") selaku entitas anak perusahaan.
Pada tanggal 9 November 2023, Perseroan telah melakukan
penyetoran modal kepada SEGHPL tersebut sebesar
USD90.000.597 untuk pengambilan bagian atas seluruh
saham baru yang diterbitkan oleh SEGHPL sejumlah 89.079
lembar. Penyetoran modal ini telah dicatatkan oleh SEGHPL
berdasarkan Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority
(ACRA) tanggal 9 November 2023.
Dengan dilakukannya penyetoran modal tersebut, maka
kepemilikan saham oleh Perseroan di SEGHPL yang semula
berjumlah 824.150 saham, telah meningkat menjadi 913.229
lembar saham.
Adapun dana penyetoran modal dari Perseroan digunakan
sepenuhnya oleh SEGHPL untuk membayar sebagian hutang
fasilitas B kepada Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Peningkatan penyertaan Perseroan di dalam SEGHPL akan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kondisi keuangan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan.

the subsidiary.
Description of Material Information or As disclosed in the Company's Initial Public Offering
Facts Prospectus dated 3 October 2023, particularly in the Use of
Proceed Section, all proceeds obtained from the initial public
offering after being deducted from all related costs will be used
entirely by the Company for the capital injection Star Energy
Group Holdings Pte. Ltd ("SEGHPL") as a subsidiary.
On November 9, 2023, the Company paid up capital to
SEGHPL in the amount of US$ 90,000,597 for the subscription
for the entire newly issued shares with a total number of
89,079. This capital injection recorded by SEGHPL based on
Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) dated
9 November 2023.
Upon the completion of the capital injection, the Company's
share ownership in SEGHPL which previously was in the total
number of 824,150 shares, increased to 913,229 shares.
The money obtained by SEGHPL as the capital injection from
the Company was fully used by SEGHPL to pay part of facility
B loan from Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited.
