Pelaksanaan Transaksi merupakan transaksi material sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK 17, dengan mengingat bahwa nilai Transaksi yaitu mencapai lebih dari 204 dari ekuitas Perseroan berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Perseroan yang diaudit per tanggal 31 Desember 2022. Transaksi merupakan transaksi material yang dikecualikan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 11 huruf (a), (b) dan (c) POJK 17/ The Transaction is a material transaction as referred to in POJK 17, i.e., the value of the Transaction is more than 204 of the Company's eguity, based on the Company's audited Financial Statement as of December 31, 2022. The Transaction is a material transaction that is exempted as referred to in Article 11 letter (a), (b) and (c) of POJK 17. 2.
