Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan ini diberitahukan kepada Pemegang Saham
Perseroan bahwa berdasarkan Keputusan Direksi Perseroan
pada tanggal 15 November 2023, sebagaimana telah disetujui
oleh Dewan Komisaris Perseroan melalui surat tanggal 14
Desember 2023, memutuskan dan menyetujui untuk membagi
dan membayar Dividen Interim untuk Semester I tahun 2023
sebesar Rp21,70 (dua puluh satu tujuh puluh sen) setiap
sahamnya atau sejumlah Rp39.458.744.693,50 (tiga puluh
Sembilan miliar empat ratus lima puluh delapan juta tujuh ratus
empat puluh empat ribu enam ratus Sembilan puluh tiga
rupiah lima puluh sen) kepada pemegang/pemilik
1.818.384.820 (satu milyar delapan ratus delapan belas juta
tiga ratus delapan puluh empat ribu delapan ratus dua puluh)
saham yang dikeluarkan Perseroan dan tercatat dalam Daftar
Pemegang Saham Perseroan pada tanggal 13 Desember
2023 pukul 16.00 WIB, dengan jadwal dan tata cara
pembayaran sesuai ketentuan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Description of Material Information or The Company's Shareholders are hereby notified that based
Facts on the Decree of the Company's Directors on November 15
2023, as approved by the Company's Board of Commissioners
via letter dated December 14 2023, decided and agreed to
distribute and pay Interim Dividends for Semester I 2023
amounting to IDR 21.70 (twenty one seventy cents) per share
or a total of IDR 39,458,744,693.50 (thirty nine billion four
hundred fifty eight million seven hundred forty four thousand
six hundred ninety three rupiah and fifty cents) to the
holder/owner 1,818,384,820 (one billion eight hundred
eighteen million three hundred eighty four thousand eight
hundred and twenty) shares issued by the Company and
recorded in the Company's Register of Shareholders on 13
December 2023 at 16.00 WIB, with payment schedule and
procedures in accordance with the provisions PT Indonesian
Stock Exchange.
