In accordance with the provisions of Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 29/POJK.04/2016 on Annual Reports of Issuers or Public Companies, in conjunction with Financial Services Authority Circular Letter No. 16/SEOJK.04/2021 on the Form and Content of Annual Reports of Issuers or Public Companies, PT MSIG Life Insurance Indonesia Tbk hereby submits 2 (two) printed copies of the 2025 Annual Report. Selain itu, bersama dengan surat ini kami juga menyampaikan Laporan Keberlanjutan Tahun 2025 sebagai pemenuhan atas Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 51/POJK.03/2017 tentang Penerapan Keuangan Berkelanjutan bagi Lembaga Jasa Keuangan, Emiten dan Perusahaan Publik. In addition, we also submit the Sustainability Report 2025 in compliance with Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 51/POJK.03/2017 regarding the Implementation of Sustainable Finance for Financial Services Institutions, Issuers, and Public Companies. Salinan Laporan Tahunan 2025 dan Laporan Keberlanjutan 2025 ini juga telah disampaikan melalui Sistem Pelaporan Elektronik (SPE) Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan dimuat dalam website PT MSIG Life Insurance Indonesia Tbk (www.msiglife.co.id). The Annual Report 2025 and Sustainability Report 2025 have also been submitted through the Financial Services Authority's Electronic Reporting System (SPE) and are available on PT MSIG Tbk's website (www.msiglife.co.id).
