Dear Sirs,

Reference is made to the Assignment Agreement of Receivables (the “Assignment”) dated 8 December
2023 between ourselves as the Assignor and PT FKS Food and Ingredients (the “Assignee”) as the
Assignee in relation to the Loan Agreement dated 30 June 2022, which has been amended by First
Amendment dated 30 June 2023, made between ourselves as the creditor and yourself as the borrower
(the “Contract”).

Pursuant to the Assignment, we have transferred, sold and assigned to the Assignee all of our outstanding
loan principal amount under and in relation to the Contract that you have yet to settle under the Contract
as of the date of the Assignment. However, we do not assign the outstanding interest that occur based
on the Loan to the Assignee. Therefore, the interest for the period of: (i) July 2022 until June 2023, and
(ii) July 2023 until 8 December 2023, with the total of IDR3,707,106,163, shall be paid by yourselves
to us.

Please acknowledge your consent and acknowledgement to the Assignment by signing this Letter in the
space provided below and return the original to us. Upon signing of this letter you agree to continue
serving your obligation under the Contract for the benefit of the Assignee.
