Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Kami memahami bahwa telah beredar berbagai berita di ranah
publik yang memberikan spekulasi terhadap rencana
kemitraan antara Perseroan, PT Tokopedia dan Bytedance
Ltd. atau TikTok, Perseroan ingin menyampaikan bahwa
sedang dilakukan berbagai diskusi antara Perseroan, PT
Tokopedia dan TikTok sehubungan dengan potensi
dilakukannya kemitraan dalam bisnis e-commerce di Indonesia
di antara para pihak, namun demikian pada tanggal surat ini,
belum ada keputusan atau kesepakatan final yang dicapai
oleh para pihak dan diskusi masih terus berlangsung.
Perseroan akan senantiasa mematuhi peraturan terkait yang
berlaku termasuk POJK No. 31 dan Peraturan BEI No.I-E dan
apabila terdapat informasi material mengenai suatu kerjasama
atau aksi korporasi yang signifikan, Perseroan akan
menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi kepada publik
selambat-lambatnya 2 hari kerja setelah terjadinya peristiwa
tersebut. Perseroan meminta semua pihak agar tidak
bergantung pada informasi yang tidak dikeluarkan secara
resmi oleh Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak yang merugikan atas posisi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, keuangan dan hukum Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or We understand there have been various news articles in the
Facts public domain that speculate about a potential partnership
between the Company and PT Tokopedia with ByteDance Ltd.
or TikTok. The Company would like to convey that there have
been ongoing discussions between the Company, PT
Tokopedia and TikTok on a potential strategic partnership
between the parties on the e-commerce business in Indonesia,
but to date, no final decision or agreement has been reached
by the parties and discussion is still continuing.
The Company will always comply with the relevant applicable
regulations including POJK No. 31 and IDX Regulation No.I-E
and if there is any material information on any significant
cooperation or corporate actions, the Company will provide
disclosure information to the public at the latest 2 business
days after the occurrence of such event. The Company would
like to ask all parties not to rely on the information that is not
formally issued by the Company.
