kepada publik selambat-lambatnya 2 hari kerja setelah
terjadinya peristiwa tersebut. Perseroan meminta semua
pihak agar tidak bergantung pada informasi yang tidak

the public domain that speculate about a potential

partnership between the Company and PT Tokopedia
with ByteDance Ltd. or TikTok. The Company would like
to convey that there have been ongoing discussions
between the Company, PT Tokopedia and TikTok on a
potential strategic partnership between the parties on the
e-commerce business in Indonesia, but to date, no final
decision or agreement has been reached by the parties
and discussion is still continuing.
The Company will always comply with the relevant
applicable regulations including POJK No. 31 and IDX
Regulation No.I-E and if there is any material information
on any significant cooperation or corporate actions, the
Company will provide disclosure information to the public
at the latest 2 business days after the occurrence of such
event. The Company would like to ask all parties not to
rely on the information that is not formally issued by the
Company.
