2. IOHs efforts in emissions management in the 2025 reporting year include strengthening policies and
implementing a measurable and consistent carbon emission reduction strategy. Amid the rapid growth of the
telecommunications industry, the Company recognizes that every BTS deployment and network expansion
carries environmental implications. As such, emissions management has been embedded into IOHs business
strategy rather than treated as a standalone operational initiative. In line with this commitment, IOH has
established a net-zero emissions roadmap, integrated energy efficiency principles into network design and
modernization, and expanded the use of renewable energy across data centers and BTS operations. All new
projects are subject to environmental impact assessments to ensure that technological innovation aligns with
environmental stewardship. Beyond infrastructure and operations, IOH also fosters a green culture internally
through energy-saving campaigns, sustainability education for employees, and the adoption of environmentally
responsible workplace practices. Through these efforts, IOH not only reduces its operational carbon footprint but
also inspires Indonesias digital ecosystem to move toward a cleaner, more resilient, and inclusive future
