                                            tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban

                                            Laporan Kesiapan Dana Pelunasan Obligasi V SANF Tahap I
                                            Tahun 2025 Seri A dengan informasi sebagai berikut:

                                            1. Obligasi Berkelanjutan V SANF Dengan Tingkat Bunga
                                            Tetap Tahap I Tahun 2025 Seri A akan jatuh tempo pada
                                            tanggal 18 Juli 2026;

                                            2. Perseroan akan menyediakan dana pelunasan pokok untuk
                                            Obligasi Berkelanjutan V SANF Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap
                                            Tahap I Tahun 2025 Seri A sebesar Rp. 500.000.000.000,-
                                            (lima ratus miliar Rupiah).

                                            3. Perseroan akan mendapatkan dana untuk pelunasan
                                            Obligasi Berkelanjutan V SANF Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap
                                            Tahap I Tahun 2025 Seri A dari penerimaan pembayaran
                                            angsuran pembiayaan yang diberikan Perseroan kepada
                                            pelanggan yang terakumulasi setiap periodenya.

                                              In order to comply with the provisions in the Decree of the
                                              Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-
                                              2022 concerning Amendments to Regulation Number I-E
                                              concerning Information Disclosure Obligations and Financial
                                              Services Authority Regulation Number 45 Year 2024
                                              concerning The Development and Strengthening of Issuers
                                              and Publicly-Traded Companies, herewith, PT Surya Artha
                                              Nusantara Finance (the Company) submitted a Report of Fund
                                              Availability for Repayment of SANF Shelf Registration Bond V
                                              Phase I Year 2025 Series A with the following information:

                                              1. SANF Shelf Registration Bond V Phase I Year 2025 Series
                                              A will mature on 18 July 2026

                                              2. The Company will provide funds for the repayment of the
                                              principal of SANF Shelf Registration Bond V Phase I Year
                                              2025 Series A amounting IDR. 500,000,000,000,- (five
                                              hundred billion Rupiah).

                                              3. The Company will obtain funds for the repayment of SANF
                                              Shelf Registration Bond V Phase I Year 2025 Series A from
                                              receiving financing installment payments provided by the
                                              Company to customers which accumulated each period.
