1. Obligasi Berkelanjutan V SANF Dengan Tingkat
Bunga Tetap Tahap I Tahun 2025 Seri A akan jatuh
tempo pada tanggal 18 Juli 2026, .

2. Perseroan akan menyediakan dana pelunasan pokok
untuk Obligasi Berkelanjutan V SANF Dengan
Tingkat Bunga Tetap Tahap I Tahun 2025 Seri A
sebesar Rp. 500.000.000.000,- (lima ratus miliar
Rupiah).

Dear Sir,

In order to comply with the provisions in the Decree of
the Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia
No. Kep-00066/BE1I/09-2022 concerning Amendments to
Regulation Number I-E concerning Information
Disclosure Obligations and Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 45 Year 2024 concerning The
Development and Strengthening of Issuers and Publicly-
Traded Companies, herewith, PT Surya Artha Nusantara
Finance (“the Company”) submitted a Report of Fund
Availability for Repayment of SANF Shelf Registration
Bond V Phase I Year 2025 Series A with the following
information:

1. SANF Shelf Registration Bond V Phase I Year 2025
Series A will mature on 18 July 2026,

2. The Company will provide funds for the repayment
of the principal of SANF Shelf Registration Bond V
Phase I Year 2025 Series A amounting IDR.
