1. Terdapat instruksi dari Majelis Hakim dalam perkara dengan Nomor
Registrasi Perkara No. 431/G/TF/2023/PTUN.JKT, yakni untuk mencabut
gugatan administratif kepada Ketua Satgas BLBI dan Menkumham tanggal
4 September 2023 dan mengajukan gugatan administratif baru dengan
memperbaiki objek sengketa yang menjadi dasar gugatan, dan

| |2. Terdapat informasi tambahan yang diperoleh Perseroan pada saat
| pemeriksaan persiapan perkara dengan Nomor Registrasi Perkara No.
431/GITF/2023/PTUN.JKT mengenai adanya pemblokiran akun lain yang
dilakukan oleh Menkumham berdasarkan permintaan Ketua Satgas BLBI
melalui suratnya tertanggal 4 November 2022.

Sebagaimana telah disampaikan sebelumnya bahwa saat ini akses Perseroan
pada sistem administrasi Kemenkumham telah diblokir oleh Menkumham.
Pemblokiran tersebut dilakukan berdasarkan permohonan dari Ketua Satgas
BLBI kepada Menkumham sehubungan dengan klaim Ketua Satgas BLBI yang
| menyatakan bahwa Perseroan mempunyai kewajiban terhutang kepada
negara. Sejak bulan Desember 2022, Perseroan telah melakukan komunikasi
dengan Ketua Satgas BLBI dan instansi pemerintah lainnya untuk mencabut
pemblokiran akses tersebut. Namun demikian, sampai dengan hari ini, akses
Perseroan pada sistem administrasi Kemenkumham masih diblokir. Dengan
adanya pemblokiran ini, Perseroan tidak dapat, antara lain, melakukan
pembaharuan data perusahaan seperti perubahan susunan Direksi dan Dewan
Komisaris, struktur permodalan, dan perubahan anggaran dasar. Sehingga
Perseroan harus mengajukan gugatan administratif ini untuk melindungi hak-
haknya.

Selain itu, PT KIA Keramik Mas (“KKM”) yang merupakan perusahaan anak
Perseroan juga telah mengajukan gugatan administratif kepada Pengadilan
Tata Usaha Negara Jakarta terhadap Ketua Satgas BLBI dan Menkumham
pada tanggal 6 Desember 2023 untuk meminta agar akses KKM pada sistem
administrasi Kemenkumham tidak diblokir.

Serupa dengan Perseroan, akses KKM pada sistem administrasi
Kemenkumham juga diblokir oleh Menkumham. Pemblokiran tersebut dilakukan
berdasarkan permohonan dari Ketua Satgas BLBI kepada Menkumham
sehubungan dengan penyelesaian utang Bantuan Likuiditas Bank Indonesia
(BLBI) obligor lainnya. Upaya komunikasi juga telah dilakukan oleh Perseroan
untuk dan atas nama KKM, namun demikian, sampai dengan hari ini, akses
KKM pada sistem administrasi Kemenkumham masih diblokir. Oleh karenanya,
KKM harus mengajukan gugatan administratif ini untuk melindungi hak-haknya./

Refertring to the Company's announcement of material information or facts dated
29 March 2023 and 4 September 2023, the Company would like to update
further that on 6 December 2023, the Company has filed a new administrative
lawsuit to the Jakarta State Administrative Court against the relevant Indonesian
| Govemment agencies, namely the Executive Head of Task Force for Handling
State Collection Rights for Bank Indonesia Liguidity Assistance (Ketua Satuan
Tugas Penanganan Hak Tagih Negara Dana Bantuan Likuiditas Bank Indonesia
or “Head of Satgas BLBI”) and the Minister of Law and Human Righis of the
Republic of Indonesia (“Minister of LHR”) to reguest that its access to the
Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Republic of Indonesia (“MOLHR”)
administration system be unblocked. The lawsuit which was previously filed on
4 September 2023 against the Head of Satgas BLBI and the Minister of LAR
has been revoked by the Company.

This new administrative lawsuit was filed by the Company with the following
considerations:

1. There is an instruction from the Panel of Judges under the Case
Registration No. 431/G/TF/2023/PTUN.JKT, namely, to withdraw the
administrative lawsuit to the Head of Satgas BLBI and the Minister of LHR
on 4 September 2023 and to file the new administrative lawsuit by revising
the disputed object as the basis of the lawsuit: and

2. There is an additional information received by the Company during the
preparatory examination for Case Registration No.
431/G/TF/2023/PTUN.JKT regarding the existence of another account
block applied by the Ministry of LHR pursuant to the reguest from Satgas
BLBI through its letter dated 4 November 2022.

As previously stated, currently, the Company's access to the MOLHR
administration system has been blocked by the Minister of LHR. The blocking
was made at the reguest of the Head of Satgas BLBI to the Minister of LHR in
relation to the certain claims that the Company has financial obligations to the
State. Since December 2022, the Company has been communicating with the
Head of Satgas BLBI and other relevant govemment bodies to lift the access
blocking. Unfortunately, until today, the Company's access remained blocked.
With this blocking, the Company is not able to among others update its corporate
data such as changes in the composition of the Board of Directors and Board of
Commissioners, capital structure and amendment of articles of associations.
Therefore, the Company has to initiate this administrative lawsuit to protect its
rights.

Besides that, PT KIA Keramik Mas (“KKM”) which is a subsidiary of the
Company has also filed an administrative lawsuit to the Jakarta State
Administrative Court against the Head of Satgas BLBI and the Minister of LHR
on 6 December 2023 to reguest that KKM's access to the MOLHR administration
system be unblocked.

Similar to the Company, KKM's access to the MOLHR administration system
has been blocked by the Minister of LHR. The blocking was made atthe reguest
of the Head of Satgas BLBI to the Minister of LHR in relation to the settlement
of Bantuan Likuiditas Bank Indonesia (BLBI) debt of other obligor.
Communication efforts have also been made by the Company for and on behaif
of KKM, unfortunately, until today, KKM's access has remained blocked.
Therefore, the KKM has to initiate this administrative lawsuit to protect its rights.
