Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 4 Desember 2023, Perseroan menandatangani
Perjanjian Pengembangan Bersama dengan BP GAS &
POWER INVESTMENTS LIMITED (bp) untuk
mengembangkan proyek impor LNG yang melibatkan terminal
regasifikasi di Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate di
Gresik , Jawa Timur, Indonesia (KEK JIIPE). Proyek ini
dirancang dengan tujuan untuk menyediakan pasokan gas
yang reliabel bagi tenant-tenant di KEK JIIPE, dan memiliki
potensi kelebihan kapasitas yang dapat digunakan untuk
memasok jaringan pipa gas yang sudah terbangun di Jawa
Timur. Proyek ini diharapkan mulai beroperasi sekitar tahun
2027 bertepatan dengan dimulainya banyak proyek yang
membutuhkan konsumsi gas yang signifikan di KEK JIIPE.

The Signing of Joint Development Agreement for LNG project

Description of Material Information or On 4 December 2023, The Company has entered into a Joint
Facts Development Agreement with BP GAS & POWER
INVESTMENTS LIMITED (bp) to jointly develop a LNG import
project involving a regasification terminal in Java Integrated
Industrial and Port Estate at Gresik, East Java, Indonesia
(SEZ JIIPE). This project is designed with the aim of providing
reliable gas supply for tenants in SEZ JIIPE, and with a
potential of excess capacity which can be used to supply the
indigenous pipelined gas network in East Java. The project is
expected to come onstream circa 2027 to coincide with the
start-up dates of many major gas consuming projects in SEZ
JIIPE.
