Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Untuk memperkuat posisi dalam mengoptimalkan peluang di
pasar Fixed Broadband (FBB) dan Fixed Mobile Convergence
(FMC) Indonesia yang masih rendah penetrasinya. XL Axiata
dan Link Net telah mencapai kesepakatan yang tidak
mengikat, meliputi pengalihan bisnis FBB Link Net termasuk
750.000 pelanggannya ke XL Axiata dan pembangunan
jaringan baru 2 juta home passed oleh Link Net yang akan
dimanfaatkan oleh XL Axiata untuk menyediakan layanan FBB
dan FMC bagi pelanggan dan masyarakat yang lebih luas.
Setelah menyelesaikan tambahan 2 juta home passed
tersebut, Link Net akan memiliki ketersediaan hingga 6,5 juta
home passed sehingga menjadikannya sebagai FibreCo
terdepan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kejadian, informasi dan fakta material tersebut di atas tidak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan berdampak secara negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional,

Link Net Tbk (Link Net) and PT XL Axiata Tbk (XL Axiata)
Description of Material Information or To bolster the position in optimising the opportunities within
Facts Indonesia's underpenetrated Fixed Broadband (FBB) and
Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) markets. XL Axiata and Link
Net have reached non-binding agreements, encompassing the
transfer of Link Net's FBB business including its 750,000
customers to XL Axiata and the rollout of an additional 2
million new homes passed by Link Net, which will enable XL
Axiata to deliver FBB and FMC services for its growing
customers and the wider Indonesian community. Upon
completion of the additional 2 million roll-out, Link Net will
enable nearly 6.5 million access to home passes as a leading
wholesale FibreCo.
